You need to get some lean muscles on your legs and get a flat stomach- work on cardio- walk more throughout the day and jogging or going for a run when you can, and abs exercises,some thighs and/or legs exercises.
I don’t know your height but you should probably focus more on getting fit than losing weight (if your body needs to lose weight it will lose weight/fat by simply doing so), since it’s similar in structure than you are already half way there!
Put some dedication in it, workout for about an hour a day and have a rest day.
This YT channel is full of pilates and workout videos, she also talks through the entire video and makes it less boring haha, really effective.
Clean up your diet or you won’t see much results (especially for your abs), which doesn’t mean that you have to eat extremely healthily all the time, but just simply swapping white bread with brown, adding more proteins, veggies and fruits will make a change, and obviously the basics- avoid junk and processed food.
